Anyone ever tried them? How do the flowers arrive and are they bloomed or do you need to wait a few days for the flowers to bloom? Any info will be helpful, thanks.

I have used them both in the USA and UK. The flowers chosen were delivered in perfect condition, in full bloom. The people there were very helpful and answered all my dumb questions.
