Does anyone know how to do this with my hair? (the bottom part)?

I know how to do the little poof or whatever, but the bottom, how do i, do that? I have my hair cut like hers so it should work...

your hair has to be long and you buy this little clip thing to clip the tips of your hair so you can wrap it around. hard to explain but they sell it at beauty stores








i think to fake it you can wrap you hair in a bun but before you use an elastic use a pin to keep it in place and use an elastic as a regluar hair tie
